The following knowledge bases were developed by the UC OATS technical team, links are provided below. They cover the current system functionality available in UC OATS including step-by-step guides and troubleshooting resources. You can also access these resources at the UC OATS Knowledge Base website. This resources are for those subject to both APM 025 and APM 671.
