About the Pilot
The Faculty Exit Survey has been developed for use by UC Davis ladder rank faculty members that resign from faculty appointments. The intent is to solicit information for use by the Provost and Vice Provost of Academic Affairs to advance campus-wide initiatives dedicated to improving the campus culture, climate and job satisfaction experienced by UC Davis faculty. Individual survey responses will be confidential and only used in aggregate form. This two-prong pilot exit process consists of an online survey, which will be sent to exiting faculty via email with a link to the web-based survey, as well as a secondary optional phone or in-person interview.
